SYMBIAN OGG PLAY 1.65:MP3 AS RINGTONE IN NOIKIA 6600
Mp3 is the world standard format for music files b’coz of quality and size but nokia 6600 doesn’t support Mp3,OGG,and other good formats by default.
so we have to use somesoftwares to play these format of music.By default nokia 6600 supports .wav,.amr,midi.mid and ringtone format.

Description :
After installing these You can listen to full mp3 and ogg songs via ogg player and voice recorder. But you have to install a Mp3-Ogg-Wma Codec supplied in dis zip file in nokia 6600 to listen to ogg mp3 as they are not in builtly supported in nokia 6600.After installing the codec/plugin you canset all ogg format songs as ringtones and selected mp3 above 96 kbps bitrates as ringtones in profile option.
(all types of ogg files above 48 kbpsare supported as ringtones but all mp3s even of higher kbps are not supported as ringtones so better covert mp3 to ogg and use it in mopbiles)
NOTE
If some mp3,ogg files are not recognised by this player then you have to install a Mp3-Ogg-Wma Codec in nokia 6600 to solve
this isuue,it’ll be provided here in next post.
I’ll provide the best way to set mp3 music as ringtones in 6600 later.
Software’s free and ogg vorbis codec is also free.

hi..i have aproblem.. i am using oggplay version 1.6.5 on my Nokia 6600.. it plays mp3, ogg but not wma.actually it plays wma for only 30 secs.. what’s wrong? the provider of wma codec is wmaPlus.. is it a trial codec or what?? how can solve this problem.. please help me with this..
