Risky – Update your Phone Firmware From Nokia
You can update your phone firmware now. It will boost off your phone performance and will avoid all the problems you might be facing.

This is the most effective and Least risky Process. There are other ways to do this but I refrain for posting them. This one is straight from NOKIA.

Go to a nokia Care Center and ask them to do this for you.

Download the software for your phone and Rock On.

This works Best if you have a UPS. Power Failiure during this process may result into your phone failiure.
